We have a pilot plant equipped with the main machinery to reproduce the production process of cooked and cured meats.
Through our know-how, we offer a complete service, starting from the production needs of companies to obtain the best solutions in line with market trends, up to technology applied to the product, without neglecting the technical approach on current regulations.

Siamo dotati di un laboratorio pilota che consente le produzioni dei principali salumi cotti e stagionati, trasformazione di carni avicole. Grazie a questo laboratorio M.T.A. può offrire la possibilità di personalizzazione sia per quanto concerne la parte funzionale sia per l’aromatizzazione dei vari prodotti della salumeria italiana in particolar modo il Prosciutto Cotto.

Nel nostro ciclo produttivo non è presente alcun tipo di allergene e OGM.

Parmaromi s.r.l

Born in 2000 to develop and create new mixes of fragrances and food flavorings. Initially Parmaromi mainly performed the research and development function for MTA, focusing mainly on products for the meat sector. The continuous requests of the market have led to the development of new products also in the non-meat sectors.

Parmaromi is specialized in flavored oils, raw materials for gastronomic laboratories of fresh pasta, fragrances for the confectionery sector. In addition to standard products, Parmaromi has developed its own specific line for the meat sector while maintaining close synergy with MTA.
